What to do in case of an insured event?

Safety: ensure the safety of people and notify the emergency services in case of injuries.​

Traffic accident: register the event according to the legislation. If the parties cannot agree on the liability or if the party causing the accident is unknown, call the police.​

Fire: inform the Rescue Board immediately.​

Theft and vandalism: inform the emergency services.​

Gathering evidence: photograph the circumstances of the accident as thoroughly as possible.​

Minimising the damage: do everything you can to prevent the damage from getting worse – cover any broken windows and move the immobile car to a safe location.​

Collision with an animal: notify the Environmental Board at number 1247.​

Notify the insurance provider: report the insured event as soon as possible.​
