Do I have to pay the deductible for every incident?

We do not apply a deductible:

If the damage was caused by a third party (not you or a family member).

• If you use the Elama Home Assistance service.
• In the event of a large-scale fire.
• When we compensate for housing expenses, lost rental income, or tenant accommodation costs.
• If an external door or window glass breaks.

If you have been claim-free for at least two years, we reduce the deductible by half.
