Comprehensive insurance
How is the deductible formed?
The deductible is the amount agreed upon in the insurance contract which the policyholder pays themselves in case of an insured event. It is stated as a fixed amount in the policy.
Changes in deductible
- From the third loss-free year, the deductible is reduced by 50%.
- More than two loss eventsin one period result in a double deductible, unless the damage was caused by a third party.
Special cases and exceptions: The deductible is not applied to roadside assistance, replacement car, key insurance, glass repairs, and passenger accident insurance.
Losses related to animals: in the event of a collision with an animal or bird, the deductible specified in the policy applies, while in the event of damage resulting from avoidance, the basic deductible applies.
