Do I have to keep the insurance policy in the vehicle?

In Estonia, it is not mandatory to physically carry the insurance policy with you. It is enough if it is available digitally, for example on the phone. However, if you are traveling to green card countries, you must have a physical green card with you. See list of green card countries.
