What to do in case of an insured event?
Safety: ensure the safety of people and notify the emergency services in case of injuries.
Traffic accident: register the event according to the legislation. If the parties cannot agree on the liability or if the party causing the accident is unknown, call the police.
Fire: inform the Rescue Board immediately.
Theft and vandalism: inform the emergency services.
Gathering evidence: photograph the circumstances of the accident as thoroughly as possible.
Minimising the damage: do everything you can to prevent the damage from getting worse – cover any broken windows and move the immobile car to a safe location.
Collision with an animal: notify the Environmental Board at number 1247.
Notify the insurance provider: report the insured event as soon as possible.
